48 Hours’ notice must be given for a cancellation, otherwise you will be charged for any missed appointments. Additionally, should our practitioners arrive for your scheduled appointment and you are either not there or decide you no longer require the designated appointment slot you will be charged a FULL missed appointment fee. During the current pandemic we would appreciate payments to be made if possible by credit or debit card and contactless in accordance with advise from our governing body regarding cross infection. We appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times.
We accept cash, bank transfer via BACS, Credit or Debit card. We are currently unable to accept AMEX electronic payments.
