With our extensive training, our practitioners are well-equipped to offer top-notch Foot Health Care Podiatry Chiropody services.

All our practitioners are trained to university accredited standards, our HCPC registered Podiatrists received their degrees at the University of Brighton. Our Foot Health Practitioners all studied level 4 university accredited diplomas through the SMAE institute. The SMAE are the only university accredited programme available for Foot Health Practitioners in the UK and they are overseen by our Podiatry and Chiropody team.

Podiatry Apprentice – Applications Now Open for 2026

 
We are passionate about the future of podiatry and committed to developing the next generation of clinicians. Our current apprentice, Olivia, is thriving at the University of Plymouth, and we are now in a position to welcome another apprentice to join our award‑winning team in 2026.
 
Following our recent school and community outreach visits, we are officially opening applications for a Podiatry Apprentice to join East Kent Foot Care across our clinics.

Who We’re Looking For
 
We welcome applications from motivated individuals who have:
•     A genuine interest in healthcare, science, and patient care
•     Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
•     Curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to learn
•     The ability to work well within a team and contribute to a supportive clinic culture
•     Good organisational skills and reliability
•     A full UK driving licence and transport
•     The ability to travel between our Ashford and Folkestone clinics as part of the role as well as visiting care homes within our catchment area.
•     The maturity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds
•     A commitment to completing both the academic and practical elements of the apprenticeship, self discipline and self motivation to work towards competencies and complete modules independently.
 
Previous healthcare or customer‑facing experience is helpful, but not essential – enthusiasm and potential matter most.
