Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation, otherwise you will be charged in full for any missed appointments. Additionally, should our practitioners arrive for your scheduled home visit appointment and you are either not there or decide you no longer require the designated appointment slot, you will be charged a full missed appointment fee. Please see our cancellation policy for further details.
We accept cash, bank transfer via BACS, Credit or Debit card. We are currently unable to accept American Express electronic payments.
